Everyone seems to enjoy a visit to a vernal pool whether its part of a school project, scientific research, or just for fun. Vern has "Ten Tips" for visits to a vernal pool. In true Vern style, there are actually 12 tips. Vern's Ten Tips were written by Kara Nemergut in 2001 as an outreach project of the Field Biology class at Reading Memorial High School, Reading, MA.
