Keep the Area Clean

Never throw away, or leave any sort of trash behind at any vernal pool site. Trash endangers the lives of the animals and ruins their habitat. If you find trash that was left by others, pick it up. Then either throw it away in a nearby trashcan, or bring it back to school to throw away. Animals may eat trash or get stuck in containers left by others, so help them by keeping their homes clean.
