Vernal Pool Association

The Vernal Pool Association promotes the study, appreciation, and protection of vernal pools.

We produce educational materials, present workshops and talks, and interact with educators and students both in person and through the Internet. We are actively involved with state, federal and private environmental protection and education agencies and organizations.

The Vernal Pool Association is not currently a membership organization. We encourage anyone with a passion for ephemeral wetlands to engage with the vernal pool listserve and share questions, stories, and expertise on these fascinating habitats.
