February in Massachusetts can be a fickle time, but it's usually cold! We had an amazing, 70 degree day during school vacation week, and sure enough, spring peepers were calling! We're back in the freezer, and they'll be fine, but it was a thrill to hear the harbinger of spring so deep in the winter.
